Ms. Scott focuses her practice on cases involving Criminal Defense including DUI Defense, Divorce and Family Law, Personal Injury and Equine Law. She also handles General Civil Litigation cases.

Criminal Defense:

Ms. Scott has handled numerous cases where her clients were accused of DUI (Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs), Assault, Rape, Burglary, Sex Abuse, Possession of Controlled Substances, Murder, and many other criminal charges. She defends clients in both state and federal courts.

Equine Law:

Ms. Scott has represented horse owners in various aspects of litigation. She has also represented trainers and owners of Thoroughbred horses before the Kentucky Racing Commission and the Kentucky Horse Racing Authority.

Divorce and Family Law:

Ms. Scott has handled numerous cases involving divorce and family law, including custody, adoption, child support, de facto custodians, and dissolution of marriage.

Personal Injury:

Ms. Scott has represented the interests of persons by negotiating money settlements in cases of clients who have been injured by car accidents, trucking accidents, burns, and other accidents involving injury to the body.

General Civil Litigation:

Ms. Scott has accepted cases relating to various areas of litigation.
